# Do NFTs sold on Babylon have any utility?

We believe that artistic value is a utility in its own right, defined as much by the artist as the beholder, and further shaped as the artwork accrues significance throughout its journey.

Having said this, creators on Babylon can choose to give their NFTs additional utility at their own discretion and independently of the platform.
